He is survived by: his wife Sue Miller Welch; his son Jim Welch; his stepchildren, Debbie Haney, Judy Harrison and Neal Miller Margaletta; his granddaughters, Lindsay Anderson (Alex) and Jamie Welch; his stepgrandchildren, Kristen Haney, Jonathan Miller, Justin Harrison, Dalen Harrison and Chris Haney; and his sister Maggie Bonham.
