He was predeceased by: his parents, Maggie Wooten and James R. Wooten, Sr.; his brother James R. Wooten, Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Wooten, Alvin Pannell, Felton Pannell and Joe Wyant; and his niece Sheila Wooten English.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Pannell Wooten; his sister Lois Wooten Brown; his sisters-in-law, Gladys Wyant and Judy Pannell; his nieces and nephews, Liesl Pannell New, Heather Wyant Heydet, Lauren Pannell McBride, Scott Pannell, Stan Pannell, Jason Wyant and Chris Soto; his great-niece Amanda English; and his great-nephew Adam English.
