He is survived by: his son Billy Eugene Chandler, Jr. (Jamie); his grandsons, Will Chandler and Joseph Chandler; his niece Elizabeth Smith; his great-niece Kailey Beth Smith; his great-nephew Scott Alan Smith; Gene Nelson and Lucille Cowart.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Cartersville Country Club (1310 Joe Frank Harris Pkwy SE, Cartersville, GA 30120).
