Phillips (Amy); her stepdaughters, Lory Lyles (Bob), Dawn Elgin and Cammy Caruthers (Travis); her grandchildren, Jessica Lowe, Craig Arthur, Taylor Rawls, Cameron McCormick, Chaz Phillips, Lawson Sims, Tori Pittman and Chandler Phillips; her great grandchildren, Samuel Pittman and Jameson Sims; and her siblings, Richard Frum and Betsy Messa (Brenda Glover).
