He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward Billue and Sara Pruitt Billue; his sister Edna Ashe; and his great grandchild Annabelle Reece Morris. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Chapman Billue; his children, Eddie Billue (Kim) and Vicki Billue; his granddaughter Alexis Morris (Joshua); his great grandchild Adalynn Morris; and his brother John Billue. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
