He is survived by: his wife Clara Mae Proctor Kelly; his children, Rick Kelly (Pat), Jim Kelly (Tammy), Nat Kelly (Tonya) and Ginger Kelly Griffis (Ken); his grandchildren, Kelly Gilbert (Cory), Amy McDaniel (Matt), Eric Kelly (Norma), Scott Griffis (Tania), Sarah Doddo (Marcus), Mason Kelly and Emily Kelly; and his sister Mary Beth Davis. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
