He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Pearl and Emory Benham, Sr.; and his brothers, Daniel, Joe Mac, Cornelius, Kimboak and Emory Jr..
He is survived by: his siblings, Lelia and David J. Benham of Cartersville, Georgia.; and his nieces, Margo L. Owens and Berrie Mabins. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives and friends.
