He is survived by: his father Leonard M. Bailey Sr.; and his siblings, Rosalyn G. Bailey, Audrey Bailey, Leonard V. Bailey, Otis Bailey (Jennifer) and Willis Bailey (Mali). He is also survived by aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
