It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claude Jimmy Mitchell of Cartersville, Georgia, who passed away on June 24, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Willy Mitchell; and his sisters, Laura Mitchell, Shirley Walraven and Frances Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Linda McCrary Mitchell; his daughter Carolyn Mitchell; his granddaughter Chelsea (Michael Cowart); his great grandchildren, Gabriel and Mason Cowart; and his sister Sarah (Russ Jolly). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
