Dennis Abney Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on March 9, 2026, at the age of 80, Dennis Abney of Cartersville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Dennis may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dennis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Rozanne Abney; and his daughter Lucy Abney. He is survived by: his children, Pat (Kristi), Noelle (Andy) and Bo (Sharon); and his sister Carol Corbin. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, please honor dad with a donation to the Shine Ministry at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church in Marietta.
