She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Eubanks and Margie Idell Vail; her grandson Logan Headrick; and her brother Timothy Lawson Eubanks. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Steven Headrick, Daniel Heath Crumley (Lauren Smith) and Solomon Crumley (Jessica); her grandchildren, Kaden Heath Crumley and Alissa Headrick; and her brother Bo Eubanks (Leica). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
