He is survived by: his wife Isabel B. Bailey; his children, James Howard (Donna Bailey), John Bailey and Trina Bell; his sister Jean Holbrook; and his grandchildren, Chase Bailey, Brianna Bailey, Olivia Bailey, Jake Williams and Bailey Williams.
