Jazlene Carter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jazlene Carter of Cartersville, Georgia, born in Rome, Georgia, who passed away on August 28, 2023 at the age of 2. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandmother Rhonda Granados; her uncles, Johnny of Washington and Blake King; and her great-grandparents, Shirley McAfee, Richard and Dawn Ames.
She is survived by: her parents, Jackie Tremail Carter and Teresa "Reeszy" Carter; her siblings, Marquis Carter and Julissa Carter; her grandmother Darlene Carter Bryant (José Acosta); her aunts, Tarraka King, Sabrina Granados and Blanca Acosta Hernandez; her uncle Nestor Acosta; and her cousin Tyvon "TaTa" Henderson. She is also survived by relatives, teachers, friends, and caring nurses.
She loved people within a social distance but if she was comfortable with you she'd be sure to always greet you with a fist bump or high five, especially to her sibling's sports teams who she loved to interact with in the dugouts and cheer from the sidelines.
