It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jody Sue Freeman (Cartersville, Georgia), who passed away on January 30, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid adieu to Jody's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Jody has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Cantrell and Inez Smith Cantrell. She is survived by: her daughters, KJ Albritton (Robert), Yvonne Mullis (Jonathan) and Shonna Hagin. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandson.
