He was predeceased by: his father Manuel Picon. He is survived by: his wife Monique Picon; his children, Rees Picon and Leanna Proctor; his siblings, Meliton Picon, Juanita Garcia, Anita Johnson and Ben Picon (Darlene Picon); his nephew Jose M. Picon; and his mother Isabel Picon. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations may be sent to Wounded Warrior Project.
