He was predeceased by: his parents, Sandy Bennett and Bell Bennett; and his daughter Marcy Cole Lumpkin. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Bennett; his children, Mitchell Bennett (Susan) and Tammy Snow (Danny); his grandchildren, Missy Martin, Leigh Ann Butterworth, Kevin Henson, Kala Snow Goodman and Luke Snow; and his brother James Bennett. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
