She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Thomas Whitehead, Tammy Thomas Borkowsky (Mike) and Traci Thomas; her grandchildren, Thomas Lawrence Shouppe, Camille Borkowsky, Kiley McGill and Connor McGill; her brother Donnie Womack; and her nephew Junior Womack.
