It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Stephens of Cartersville, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on May 10, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Thurbert Stephens and Nellie Mildred Stell Stephens; and his siblings, Thurbert Stephens, Nellie Ray, Barbara Jean Mitchell, Frances Hensley and Helen Adams.

He is survived by: his children, Roger C. Stephens, Jr., Robert C. Stephens and Stephanie Stephens; and his siblings, George Stephens (Gina) and Dianne Stephens Penn. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
