He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lee Rowland and Annebelle Freeman Rowland; and his siblings, Janell Hall, Mat Lou Bunch, Harold Rowland, Patricia Slagle, Deecee Tant, Bobby Chatman and Eddie Rowland.
He is survived by: his children, Tonya Ann Rowland (Kevin Teitsort), Donna Arnold and Ronnie Gene Rowland, Jr.; his sisters, Sarah Tant (Randal) and Jenny Earwood; and his grandchildren, Justin Nichols, Jacob Nichols, Blaze Stiles, Mckenzie Taylor, Michael Arnold and Amber Arnold. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
