She was predeceased by: her parent Exie Kilgore Williams; her brothers, Junior (Betty Williams), Horace Williams and John Williams; and her nieces and nephews, Deborah Jo Williams, Gail Chapman, Steve Williams, Cindy Williams, Preslie Williams and Cooper Williams. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and their families, sisters-in-law, cousins, and friends.
Flowers will be accepted, or donations may be made in Ruby's honor to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
