She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Badger and Anna Badger. She is survived by: her husband Gary Moore; her children, Derek and Meredith Moore; and her stepdaughters, Diane Sullivan and Melissa Merritt.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Sandy's honor to Samaritan's Purse with their Operation Christmas Child project.
