It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Elizabeth Lowe of Cartersville, Georgia, who passed away on October 5, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Sam Lowe; her mother Lillian Millisapp; her stepfather Bill Millisapp; her sons, Mac Lowe and Timbo Lowe; her grandson Alex Gallegos; her son-in-law Delmar Strange; her great grandchild Amelia Dawn Wallace; and her siblings, Jerry Millisapp, Terry Millisapp and Margaret Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Lowe, Joe Lowe (Alesia), Martha Strange, Carolyn Chapple (Tim) and Susan Lowe; her sister Maxine Price; and her sister-in-law Angie Millisapp. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren.
