He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Hale and Minnie Mae Hale; and his brother Hubert Hale (Pee Wee). He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hale; his children, Stacy Hale and Brandy Hannah (Paul); his grandchildren, Makayla Smith, D. J. Smith and Josiah Hannah; and his siblings, Janice Long (Harold), Donny Hale, Brenda Shepherd (Bobby) and Tina Hale.
