She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcus Peek McDowell and Magalene Grogan McDowell; and her husband Bobby Duel Wheeler. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Couch (Wayne); her grandchildren, Raven Hatch, Kayne Wheeler Couch, Ginny Gresham and Lynleigh Couch; her sister Angie Cody (Bill); her niece Anna Cody; and her nephews, John Cody and Mark Cody.
