He is survived by: his children, Eric Herbert and Dolly Brundidge; his wife Deborah "Debbie" Simpson; his siblings, Dale Herbert, Tommy Herbert and Diane Brady; and his stepchildren, Joey Simpson, Alice Sutton and Christina Tucker. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
