He was predeceased by : his parents, John Richard Shuman and Joyce Parris Shuman; and his wife Shelley Burch Shuman. He is survived by : his children, Dr. Angela Shuman and Dennis Shuman; and his brothers, Mike Shuman (Debbie), Steven Shuman (Trina) and Chris Shuman (Angie).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Keith's honor to the Polk School District Educational Foundation, which will be used to assist students going directly into the workforce just as he did.
