With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Freeman of Cave Spring, Georgia, who passed away on December 19, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Luther L. Wilson and Clara Fuqua Wilson; her husband Horace L. Freeman, Sr.; and her siblings, Gladys Roach, Louise Bishop, Julia McElhannon and Porter Wilson.

She is survived by : her children, Horace L. Freeman, Jr. (Lynn) of Marietta, Carolyn Langston of Cave Spring, Kathy Lindsey (Robin Lindsey) of Rome, Sherri Acker Ray of Centre and Susan Harbison (Rob) of Rome; her grandchildren, Tammy L. Martin, Jason Langston, Chris Lindsey, Jonathan Lindsey, Ann Acker Reynolds and Kyle Acker; and her great grandchildren, Rebecca Martin, Samantha Langston, Abigail Langston, Everett Reynolds, Charlotte Acker, Theo Acker and Isabel Lindsey.

Covid-19 social distancing and mask wearing measures will be followed.
