She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Leon Saltz and Mary Magdalene Lewallen; her sons, Darrell M. Bair and Lester Brian "Butchie" Bair; and her sister Carol Christine Odea.

She is survived by: her sisters, Bonnie Buchanan of Ohio and Martha Crawford of Texas; and her children, Charles Bair (Wanda) of Massillon, Ohio, Katherine VanRensselaer (late Steve) of Savannah, Georgia, Valerie Kinnack of Cecil, Georgia, Jay Bair (Laura) of The Villages, Florida and Shelly Ward of Valdosta, Georgia. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
