She is survived by: her children, Jeff Clay (Stephanie) and Kirt Clay (Jenny); her grandchildren, Kara Clay, Evan Clay and Emmajean Clay; and her sisters, Carla Forrister and Renee Runyon. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
