She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Miles and Beulah Alexander Cushing; her husband Earl Charles Millican; her stepsons, Tony Millican, Scott Millican and Danny Millican; and her siblings, Miles and Elsie Campbell.

She is survived by: her son Dennis Alexander; her stepdaughter Linda Bryant; her brother Bill Cushing; and her grandson Zach Alexander.
