He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Knight and Ruth Roberson Knight; and his wife Debra "Debbie" Cole Knight. He is survived by: his son Sterling Knight (Jodi); his sister Anne Clay (Stephan); his grandson Cody Knight; his nieces and nephews, Alissa Blevins (Daniel), Amanda Neal and Allan Clay (Heather); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, William, Curt, Finley, Huckson, Rebecca (Austin), Jessica (Brooks) and Lucas.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Gammage Funeral Home (106 N College St, Cedartown, GA 30125).
The family respectfully requests that all floral arrangements be omitted and memorial donations be made in his memory to either: The First Baptist Church Memorial Fund at 101 N. College Street, Cedartown, Ga 30125 or to St. Jude Children's Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
