He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Franklin Lanham and Margaret "Mint" Lanham; and his brothers, Norman Lanham, Benny Lanham, Ray Lanham and David Lanham.
He is survived by: his wife Hope Tanner Lanham; his brother Sam Lanham (Mona); his children, Joy Cornwell (Jeff) and Brian Lanham (Jessica); his grandchildren, Justin Cornwell (Neta), Jared Cornwell (Olivia), Jacob Cornwell (Katelyn), Beau Lanham and Makenna Lanham; his great grandchildren, Zachary Cornwell, Ryan Cornwell, Brady Cornwell, Rhett Cornwell, McKenzie Cornwell, Mason Cornwell, Bryson Cornwell and Renley Cornwell; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Lanham, Linda Lanham Weeks and Gail Arp. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Wimberly Hill Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
