He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Head and Laura Johnson Head; his former wife Ann Head; his brother James Head; and his son-in-law Steve Peek.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Ballew Head; his children, Rhonda Peek, Joshua Head and Tiffany Gibson (Josh); his stepchildren, Melinda Hassebrock (Brad), Cindy Holtzclaw (Jonathon), Raymond Ballew, Jr. and Kenneth Ballew; and his siblings, Vicki Brown and Jerry Head. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
