He is survived by: his children, Hayden Ely (Shannon), Cameron Ely (RaeAnn) and Brooke Leatherwood; his grandchildren, Baby Ely, Carter Griffin and Noah Griffin; his parent Brenda Lewis; his siblings, Mark Ely, Jamie Ely, Cindy Siniard and Kelli Singleton; his aunt Terri Fincher; and his uncles, Jimmy Knowles and John Knowles. He is also survived by his family and friends.
