He is survived by: his children, Josh Johnson and Allison Cates (Ben); his siblings, Mike Johnson, Elaine Wright, Barbara English, Julie Johnson, Ginger Allen and Sherri Jelinek; his stepmother Jean Johnson; Levi Cates. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
