We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2022, at the age of 79, Dorothy Benefield (Cedartown, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parent Marvin. She is survived by : her husband J. R. Benefield (Butch); her daughter Lacey Candace Benefield; her sisters, Rebekah Davis (Janson) of Merritt Island, Gloria Astin of Rome and Georgia; and her nieces and nephews, Melissa, Christopher, Trey and Kelber.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the American Stroke Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Dottie's memory.
