He was predeceased by: his father Hubert Lackey; his wife Sally Smith Lackey; his daughter Sabrina Lackey; and his siblings, Timmy Lackey, Michael Lackey and Linda Mason.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Vines Beatenbaugh; his children, Crystal Goss (Scotty), Lee Lackey (Stacey) and Cindy Lackey; and his siblings, Billy Lackey, Dennis Vines, Cathy Mitchell, Barbara McCoy and Donna Lackey. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
