He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Franklin Johnson, Sr. and Miriam Ritch Johnson; his wife Elisabetha Johnson; his son Jonathan Allen Johnson; his grandson Nicholas Johnson; and his siblings, J. W. Johnson, James Johnson, Terry Johnson and Janice Welchel.
He is survived by: his son Frankie Johnson (Rhonda); and his siblings, Carol Ann Green, Frances Schekell, Barbara Woody, Bobby Johnson and Grady Johnson. He is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
