He is survived by: his parents, Jose Ortiz and Juana Alvarado; his children, Byran, Stephanie and Emily Ortiz; his spouse Anaelvira Barrios Ortiz; and his siblings, Evangelina (Avelino), Eladio (Lourdes), Jose (Guadalupe), Ruben (Sonia), Miguel (Juana), Guadalupe (Octavio), Marcos (Helen), Alejandro (Maricela) and Lilia (Fernando).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. Bernadette Catholic Church (100 Evergreen Ln, Cedartown, GA 30125). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
