He is survived by: his wife Elaine Mitchell Osborn; his sons, Brent Osborn (Lisa) and Kevin Osborn; his grandchildren, Payton Osborn (Brittany), Cameron Osborn, Kensley Jackson, Kaylee Jackson and Makenna Jackson; his great grandchildren, Nicholas Osborn and Lyliah Osborn; his sister-in-law Tina Steele (Robby); and his niece Bianca Steele.
