He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Ann Weaver Arp; and his children, Katherine Ward, Randy Arp, Darlene Donaldson (David), Terry Arp (Toni) and Stacey Cohran (Ronnie). He is also survived by Ten grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
