He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Lee Coats and Inola Alsobrooke Coats. He is survived by: his children, Lori Blissitt (Phil) of Aragon, GA, Teri Horton of Cedartown, GA, Waylyn Coats (Hailey Hill) of Cedartown and Missy Herr of West Virginia; his grandsons, Ethan Blair, Andrew Collum and Cory Horton; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Blair, Kirra Blair, Rowan Blair, Keaton Blair and Gabbi Horton.
