We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2019, at the age of 99, John Mahmarian (Cedartown, Georgia), born in Union City, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Mahmarian and Alice Bookrajian Mahmarian; and his wife Dorothy Barry Mahmarian. He is survived by: his children, Janet Sloan and Dr. John Mahmarian (Angela); his brother Harold Mahmarian; his granddaughters, Jessica Lemming (Josh) and Brittany Sloan; and his great grandchildren, Allie Grace Lemming, John Bryson Lemming and Jacob Lemming.

The family is accepting flowers; however, donations can also be made to either Lighthouse United Pentecostal Church, 5979 Rome Highway, Cedartown, GA 30125 or Heyman Hospice of Floyd, 255 W. 5th Street, Rome, GA 30161.
