She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior Case and Mary Case; her daughter Tiffany Broyles; and her brother Robert Case. She is survived by: her husband William Rutledge, Sr.; her children, Brittany Upton (David) and William Joseph Rutledge (Heather); and her sisters, Diane and Rose. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
