Linda Diane Mullinax Welsh Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Diane Mullinax Welsh (Cedartown, Georgia), who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Mullinax and Florence Diamond Mullinax; her husband James D. Welsh; and her brother David Mullinax. She is survived by: her sons, James Stephenson (Virginia), Bradley Stephenson (Angela) and Jason Stephenson (Mikki); her grandchildren, Jason R. Stephenson, Myra Stephenson (Alex), Emma Stephenson, Claire Stephenson, Chassidy Brown (Gabe), Justin Schmidt and Bryson Thomas; and her siblings, Carolyn Mull (Jimmy), Dell Mullinax (Syconda), Buddy Mullinax (Frances), Bobby Mullinax (Alisa), Barbara Roberson (Jim), Ronnie Mullinax (Kathy), Connie Timms (Keith), Tommy Mullinax (Jill) and JoAnne Mullinax. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith & Miller Funeral Home (1000 N Main St, Cedartown, GA 30125). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pine Bower Baptist Church (100 Pine Bower Rd, Cedartown, GA 30125).
