He is survived by: his children, Deanna Hulsey-Rader (Derrick), Lindsey Hulsey, Nathan Hulsey (Mitzi) and Ashley Hulsey; his grandchildren, Abigail Hulsey and Allison Hulsey; and his siblings, Melody Guzman (Manuel) and Tony Hulsey (Karen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
