She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ira Simmons, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Wilson Simmons; and her grandparents, Herbert, Myrty Simmons, Bowser and Ruth Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughter Mia Simmons; her brother Walter Ira Simmons, Jr. (Buddy); her nephew Dylan Simmons; and her aunts and uncles, Joe, Patricia Spencer, Diana Peugh, Cindy and Rod Simmons.
