He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Dykes Kapa; his children, Milton "Mitch" Kapa, Jr., Laura Gottschalk (Ken), Leah Lynn Kapa and Daniel Sullivan; his grandchildren, Owen Kapa, Dean Gottschalk, Somalin Gottschalk, Beckett Sullivan and Marlowe Sullivan; his brother Stanley Kapa; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Kapa and Mary Ann Kapa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
