We are sad to announce that, on October 2, 2019, at the age of 69, Richard Bailey (Cedartown, Georgia), born in Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Bailey and Peggy Ratcliff Wycoff; and his siblings, Lynn Horton, Johnny David Bailey and Charles Lee Riddle.

He is survived by: his wife Shelia Dingler Bailey of Cedartown; and his sister Cheryl Peters (Brian) of Ringgold. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
