She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ostrander and Betty Irene Casey Ostrander of Cedartown, Georgia.. She is survived by: her husband John Van Etten; her children, Hines Richardson IV (Melody Richardson), Mary Hale (Marcus Hale) and John Paul Van Etten; and her siblings, Betty Ostrander and Charles Ostrander (Thu Ostrander). She is also survived by extended family members, dear friends.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lime Branch Cemetery (1170 Tallapoosa Hwy, Cedartown, GA 30125).
